Delhi ki hawa phir se serious concern ban chuki hai. Badhta pollution aur “severe” AQI levels ko dekhte hue sarkar ne Thursday se car ban aur fuel curbs announce kar diye hain. In rules ka main goal hai road par pollution kam karna aur logon ki health ko safe karna.
New rules ke according, sirf BS-VI compliant vehicles ko hi Delhi mein entry milegi. Purani petrol aur diesel gaadiyan (BS-IV aur usse neeche) ab city mein enter nahi kar paayengi. Chahe gaadi Delhi ke bahar se aa rahi ho ya NCR side se, agar vehicle BS-VI norms follow nahi karta, to entry allowed nahi hogi.
Most important baat hai ki valid PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate ab mandatory ho gaya hai. Agar aapke paas PUC nahi hai, to petrol ya diesel pump par fuel bhi nahi diya jayega. Fuel stations ko strict instructions di gayi hain ki bina PUC wale vehicles ko fuel na diya jaye.
Kya allowed hai?
BS-VI petrol aur diesel cars, CNG vehicles aur electric vehicles ko relief di hai. Ye vehicles city mein freely chal sakte hain, bas condition ye hai ki documents proper hone chahiye. Emergency services, ambulances aur essential services ke vehicles par bhi koi ban nahi lagega.
Authorities ka kehna hai ki entry points aur petrol pumps par checking strict rahegi aur rules todne par heavy challan bhi bharna hoga.
